Patient care is delivered by nearly 400 healthcare employees representing a diverse multidisciplinary team of nurses & nurse support staff, physicians, psychologists'' psychiatrists, mental health counselors, social workers and other professionals. CHS supports Miami Dade Corrections & Rehabilitation at 3 facilities in Miami-Dade County and leverages the resources of a large public safety net health system in the areas of education, quality, risk management & compliance.
Summary
Clinical Social Worker, MSW is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of special research studies related to the provisions of social services, counseling, leadership and policy development while working with adult and pediatric patients. The functions both within the hospital setting and in the satellite clinics.

Generally, requires 3 to 5 years of related experience.
Education
Master''s degree in social work is required.

Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work accurately while meeting multiple deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form. Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with professional composure. Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to exercise sound and independent judgment Knowledge and skill in use of job appropriate technology and software applications.
