Your Role: Clinical Sales Manager

A Clinical Sales Manager leads a team to execute market access strategies and builds relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry to include clinical diagnostics market. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional sales and market access strategies to align with Siemens' overarching business goals
  • Lead, coach, develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performing environment
  • Achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the assigned field
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including lab personnel, healthcare providers, and industry opinion leaders
  • Drive team performance, monitor goals towards objectives, and ensure that regional goals are met
  • Possess a deep understanding of Siemens clinical products and services, as well as relevant market trends and competitive landscapes
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to close, utilizing Siemens' customer relationship management tool to track and report on sales activities
  • Execute on demand generation campaigns to support the growth of key market segments by positioning the clinical relevance of the solutions we offer
  • Responsible for providing market and customer insights through analysis of internal and external data sources and manage relationships with customers
  • Develop and deliver expert-level customer presentations on the customer value of the Siemens Healthineers novel assays, allergy, and plasma proteins
  • Provide insights on internal market and customer segment data to Leadership Team
  • Work with Director to identify and investigate opportunities within market segments for the different product groups
  • Track and develop areas of opportunities in the markets and support focused programs to increase market share
  • Coordination with other Sales, Marketing, Finance, Sales Operations, Clinical/Scientific teams for adoption of targeted programs to drive successful outcomes
  • Travel within assigned territory to meet with customers, attend sales events, and participate in training

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated management of analytical tools for funnel building, CRM, and market insights to provide transparency to internal stakeholders and decision makers
  • Ability to understand the language of the clinical customer and position the customer value of our novel solutions
  • Understanding of SHS diagnostics portfolio is beneficial
  • Minimum of BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or medical health sciences (medical technology, biology, clinical chemistry, etc.)
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial organization and sales/marketing, preferably clinical diagnostics
  • Previous experience in sales management is required
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of the assigned disease states, the lab, and competitive testing methodologies are a benefit
  • Willing to travel within the assigned geography

Benefits:

The base pay range for this position is: $124,800 - $171,600

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position, the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Companys plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
