  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Respiratory Therapist license in Oklahoma or Texas (ARRT certification preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in healthcare sales or referral development; clinical experience with mechanical ventilation preferred
Pay & Benefits:
  • Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 annually (negotiable based on experience)
  • Additional Compensation: Monthly commission, quarterly bonuses

  • Support: Marketing, intake, and operational teams backing your efforts
What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and strengthen referral relationships with hospitals, pulmonologists, hospitalists, case managers, and respiratory departments
  • Focus on ventilator referral growth and secondary CPAP opportunities
  • Conduct educational sessions, presentations, and in-services for healthcare professionals
  • Facilitate seamless patient transitions from hospital to home care
  • Gather market intelligence and document activities to optimize referrals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance patient outcomes
  • Travel approximately 80% within a 150-mile radius of Durant, OK
What You Need:
Required:
  • Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Oklahoma or Texas
  • At least 2 years of healthcare sales or referral development experience
  • Strong relationships with hospital-based referral sources
  • Hands-on clinical experience with mechanical ventilation
  • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively

Preferred:
  • Experience in DME, LTACH, or critical care settings
  • Familiarity with hospital referral processes and EMR systems like Brightree
