Position Summary
The Division of Emergency Medicine is seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Clinical Research Manager to oversee the Clinical Research team. This fully on-site leadership role is responsible for the day-to-day management, development, and support of a team of 5-7 clinical research professionals while ensuring the effective operation of the division's research programs. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at problem-solving and multitasking, and is committed to fostering an engaged, high-performing team culture.

The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
