IMA Clinical Research is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our Warren, NJ research site. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinical research professional who enjoys working directly with patients, managing studies independently, and contributing to the development of new therapies through industry-sponsored clinical trials.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate clinical trials from study startup through closeout
  • Serve as a key point of contact for study participants, sponsors, and CROs
  • Conduct study visits and perform patient-facing procedures, including phlebotomy and vital signs
  • Ensure protocol compliance and adherence to FDA, ICH-GCP, and sponsor requirements
  • Maintain accurate source documentation and regulatory records
  • Identify, document, and report adverse events per protocol requirements
  • Support monitoring visits, audits, and sponsor communications
 
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 2 years of Clinical Research Coordinator experience
  • Experience coordinating industry-sponsored investigational product (IP) clinical trials
  • Strong phlebotomy skills and patient interaction experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • CCRC certification preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple studies while maintaining attention to detail and compliance
