Clinical Research Coordinator – Clinical Trials
Chicago, IL | Full-Time | Permanent | $60,000–$65,000 Depending on Experience
Ready to make a meaningful impact in clinical research? IMA Clinical Research is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to join our Chicago team and play a key role in advancing new therapies and improving patient outcomes.
In this role, you’ll help manage clinical trials from start-up through closeout while working directly with study participants and collaborating with investigators, sponsors, CROs, and monitors. You’ll be part of a team dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and participant care.
What You’ll Do:
• Coordinate participant visits, assessments, and follow-up appointments
• Manage study activities across multiple clinical trials
• Perform venipuncture and process laboratory specimens
• Maintain accurate source documentation and regulatory files in accordance with GCP and sponsor requirements
• Support participant recruitment, enrollment, retention, and education
• Identify and report adverse events while maintaining study quality standards
What You’ll Bring:
• 2+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator
• Strong phlebotomy skills
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Experience with metabolic, endocrine, internal medicine, or related therapeutic studies preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• CCRC certification welcomed but not required
