    Clinical Research Coordinator – Clinical Trials

    IMA Clinical Research | Chicago, IL Full-Time | Permanent | $60,000–$65,000, depending on experience

As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you won't just manage logistics — you'll be the trusted point of contact for participants, the operational backbone of each trial, and a key partner to investigators, sponsors, CROs, and monitors.

    What You'll Do

    • Own the participant experience — coordinating visits, assessments, and follow-up appointments with care and precision
    • Drive study operations across multiple active clinical trials simultaneously
    • Perform venipuncture and process laboratory specimens accurately and safely
    • Maintain airtight source documentation and regulatory files in line with GCP and sponsor requirements
    • Lead participant recruitment, enrollment, retention, and education efforts
    • Identify, document, and report adverse events, safeguarding study quality and participant safety at every step

     

    What You'll Bring

    • 2+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator
    • Confident, reliable phlebotomy skills
    • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
    • Background in metabolic, endocrine, internal medicine, or related therapeutic areas preferred
    • A knack for juggling competing priorities without missing a beat
    • CCRC certification welcomed, though not required
