Job Summary

Assists with and adheres to Institutional Review Board (IRB) renewal modification and approved protocols. Recruits research subjects and conducts interviews and research assessments. Assists with and adheres to Institutional Review Board (IRB) renewal modification and approved protocols. Recruits research subjects and conducts interviews and research assessments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independent study coordination, including screening potential patients for protocol eligibility
  • Presenting non-medical trial concepts and details to patients
  • Participating in the informed consent process
  • Maintaining accurate source documents related to all research procedures
  • Maintaining research practices using Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
  • Maintaining strict patient confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations and applicable law

Work Environment

This position will cover two sites: Jameson and Horizon in New Castle and Farrell, PA. Requires sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Travel between locations is required.
