Clinical Research Coordinator

Chicago, IL | Full-Time | $60,000 - $65,000 annually depending on experience

IMA Clinical Research is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator for a new role in Chicago. Ideal candidates will have strong clinical trial coordination experience, phlebotomy proficiency, and exposure to CNS, psychiatry, psychology, or social work–related studies.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate clinical trials per protocol and SOPs
  • Communicate with sponsors, CROs, CRAs, IRBs, and site staff
  • Support investigators and ensure accurate documentation (ALCOA)
  • Report adverse events and maintain study data integrity
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of clinical research experience with phlebotomy
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple studies independently
  • CNS or behavioral health research experience required
  • CCRC certification a plus
