Job Summary
The Motivation Lab (Principal Investigator: Dr. David Conroy, PhD) in the School of Kinesiology is seeking a full-time Clinical Research Coordinator Associate. The Motivation Lab is a dynamic learning community founded in shared values of collaboration, competence, and creativity. Our goal is to move people to live healthier and happier lives. We develop, evaluate and refine evidence-based approaches, often delivered via wearable, connected and mobile technologies, to make health behavior change enjoyable and efficient. Our Clinical Research Coordinators are responsible for executing and revising a set of protocols for participant-facing and back-end clinical trial functions. The individual in this role will execute protocols developed by the Principal Investigator, work with study participants, and collaborate with the study team to ensure the development and implementation of consistent system standards. The successful candidate will be reliable, conscientious, organized, interpersonally-skilled, and able to work effectively under supervision.

Modes of Work
The work requires, or the supervisor approves a fully onsite presence. Onsite is defined as a designated U-M owned or leased work location within or outside of the State of Michigan.
Additional Information
This position is available starting immediately and is term-limited, funded for 12 months; the initial appointment may be extended depending on the availability of research funds and successful performance. An offer may be extended outside the general salary range shared in this posting based on equity, experience, knowledge, and skills for this role. You are encouraged to discuss salary questions to honor understanding and transparency throughout the recruiting process. This is an onsite position, located at the School of Kinesiology Building on central U-M campus.
