Clinical Ladder participation is voluntary. Salary adjustments are determined by program eligibility, advancement level, and organizational guidelines.

AdventHealth Flamingo Crossing (Off Site Emergency Department:
The AdventHealth ER (Emergency Room at Flamingo Crossings Town Center is an extension of our AdventHealth Celebration Campus - located minutes away from the Walt Disney World Resort.
The 18,000-square-foot facility features state-of-the-art emergency healthcare serving the residents and visitors of Lake, Orange and Osceola Counties open 24-7.
The 24-bed ED includes an urgent care track to diagnose and treat non-emergent cases more efficiently, an observation unit to closely monitor care for up to 24 hours, pediatric specific care areas, and offers emergent care supported by ground transportation if specialty care is needed.
Shift: Full-Time Variable Hours Monday through Friday with nights occasionally.
Job Description:
Conducts audits to ensure compliance with hospital governing agencies.
Reviews patient charts to verify accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
Collects and analyzes data to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Synthesizes multiple data elements to establish and implement effective processes.
Leads and participates in planning and delivery of process improvement plans.
Education:
Associate's of Nursing graduate of a RN program [Required]
Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
Master's of Nursing [Preferred]
Work Experience:
1+ year of recent leadership experience in a hospital setting [Preferred]
2+ years of recent ed clinical nursing experience [Required]
Licenses and Certifications:
Registered Nurse (RN [Required]
Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS [Required]
Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS [Required]
Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS [Required]
