.Qualifications
- BachelorofScienceinNursingpreferred.RegisteredNurse(RN)licensureintheStateofMichiganrequired
- Three(3)tofive(5)yearsofdemonstratedexperienceinHospiceRNcasemanagementrequired
- Advancedknowledgeandclinicalexpertiseinhospiceandpalliativecarerequired
- Demonstratedstrongunderstandingofregulatory/compliancerequirementsandperformanceimprovementprocesses
- Certificationinhospiceandpalliativenursing(CHPN)preferred
- Demonstratescharacteristics,skillsandenthusiasmforteachingandmentoringstaff
- Demonstratedsubjectmatterexpertforelectronicmedicalrecord
- Demonstratedabilitytoorganize,prioritizeandmanageteaching,learning,training,andhumanperformancetechnologyprojectsrequired
