Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days
Pay: $41.43 - $62.15 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant''s relevant experience
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
Summary:
Participates in activities related to patient safety and quality programming. Measures, analyzes, and facilitates improvement in clinical performance and outcomes. Investigates occurrence reports and analyzes safety and quality trends.
Responsibilities:
Understands key clinical quality and patient safety measures. Promotes the use of appropriate measures for clinical and operational services.
Facilitates components of patient safety programs, incorporating industry best practices, and ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
Helps identify priorities for implementation of performance improvement plans related to quality metrics and patient safety opportunities.
Provides support to clinical and operational teams.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements: (PLEASE NOTE: Bachelor''s degree and relevant experience from the approved list below is required).
Registered Nurse
Occupational Therapist - State Licensed
Licensed Physical Therapist - State
Licensed Speech Language Pathologist
PHARMACIST
Physician Assistant
Nurse Practitioner
Respiratory Therapist-State
Bachelor's degree relevant clinical field.
State licensure as Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, Respiratory Therapist, Pharmacist, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
2 years of relevant clinical experience.
Preferred: Quality improvement or patient safety experience.
