Job Details

We are hiring a Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) to provide outpatient behavioral health services including psychological assessment, psychotherapy, and care coordination.
This role is ideal for a Licensed Psychologist, Staff Psychologist, or Behavioral Health Psychologist seeking a structured setting with opportunities for testing, specialization, and clinical growth.
Responsibilities

Conduct psychological assessments, DSM-5 diagnosis, and treatment planning
Provide individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy
Deliver evidence-based care (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed therapy)
Perform psychological / neuropsychological testing (if experienced)
Coordinate care within a multidisciplinary behavioral health team
Maintain accurate documentation (biopsychosocial assessments, EMR)
Participate in high-risk patient programs and care planning
Support or supervise trainees (if applicable)

Requirements

Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD)
Active Connecticut Psychologist license
Strong experience in psychotherapy, assessment, and DSM-5 diagnosis
Ability to treat diverse populations (children, adolescents, adults)

Preferred

Experience in psychological or neuropsychological testing
Background in CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care
Experience with substance use disorders
Experience in clinical supervision or training
Commitment to LGBTQ+ affirming care
