Salary: $140,000 - $210,000 per year

A bit about us:

We are a premier behavioral health organization providing comprehensive psychological and psychiatric services across outpatient, inpatient, and integrated care settings.

Clinical Psychologists may develop a practice centered on psychotherapy, diagnostic assessment, psychological testing, inpatient consultation, or a combination of services. Depending on the clinical program and responsibilities, potential hybrid flexibility may also be available.

You will work alongside psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, therapists, social workers, nursing professionals, care coordinators, and administrative support teams. This is not a model where psychologists are handed complicated cases, limited resources, unrealistic productivity expectations, and a cheerful reminder to practice self-care.

You trained to understand human behavior at a level that goes far beyond a checklist and a diagnosis code. Your schedule, support, and clinical environment should reflect that expertise.

If you still love psychology but no longer love the volume, bureaucracy, or lack of time surrounding the work, this opportunity may deserve a closer look.

Why join us?
  • Compensation ranging from $140,000 to $210,000, with additional incentive opportunities based on experience, schedule, responsibilities, specialty, and practice model
  • Choose the clinical setting that fits you best, with outpatient, inpatient, or blended behavioral health opportunities
  • Potential hybrid flexibility for psychotherapy, follow-up appointments, consultations, report writing, and other responsibilities that can be completed effectively through telehealth
  • Protected time for psychological testing, report writing, treatment planning, and documentation, rather than squeezing complex clinical work between appointments
  • A practice model that respects your clinical judgment, allowing assessments and treatment recommendations to reflect the patient’s needs and your professional expertise
  • The ability to shape your practice around psychotherapy, psychological assessment, diagnostic clarification, consultation, or a combination of services
  • Reasonable scheduling designed around the complexity of the work, not an arbitrary expectation that every clinical service should fit into the same appointment length
  • Strong multidisciplinary support, including psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, therapists, social workers, nursing professionals, and care coordinators
  • Administrative support for scheduling, referrals, authorizations, records, and routine operational needs, reducing the time you spend chasing information instead of interpreting it
  • Collaborative care for patients with complex psychiatric, medical, developmental, or psychosocial needs, so you are not expected to solve every challenge alone
  • Opportunities to work with patient populations and clinical conditions that align with your training and professional interests
  • Leadership and advancement opportunities in clinical supervision, program development, education, training, quality improvement, or behavioral health operations
  • An established behavioral health platform with the resources to expand psychological services thoughtfully, rather than treating psychology as an afterthought
  • A comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial security, continuing education, professional development, and time away from work
  • Meaningful clinical work without expecting your personal time to absorb every gap in the system

Maybe you have accepted that being a psychologist means reports completed at night, testing squeezed between therapy appointments, endless administrative work, and productivity expectations that ignore clinical complexity.

It does not have to.

Your current position may allow you to practice psychology. But does it give you the time, autonomy, compensation, resources, and professional respect required to practice it well?
