Position Summary
The Clinical Program Manager serves as a key operational and clinical leader within the Hermann Center, supporting the integration and coordination of clinical services, research activities, community partnerships, training initiatives, and program evaluation efforts. The position works collaboratively with Center leadership, Principal Investigators, faculty, staff, trainees, and community partners to ensure the effective delivery of services and advancement of the Center''s mission.
The Clinical Program Manager provides leadership for day-to-day clinical operations and implementation of Center initiatives while facilitating communication, collaboration, and alignment across multidisciplinary teams. This role supports the development, evaluation, and continuous improvement of programs serving pregnant and postpartum individuals, young children, caregivers, and families, while advancing the clinical, educational, research, and community engagement missions of the Hermann Center and the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Working in partnership with Center leadership and Principal Investigators, the Clinical Program Manager translates strategic priorities into operational plans and supports implementation across the Center. While major clinical, research, and strategic decisions remain the responsibility of Center leadership, this position exercises substantial autonomy in coordinating day-to-day operations, supporting staff performance, leading quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring effective integration across the Center''s clinical, research, training, and community-focused activities.

The Hermann Center is a research-focused clinical enterprise dedicated to advancing innovative behavioral health interventions for children and families, beginning as early as pregnancy. The Center serves as a platform for developing, testing, and refining new models of care through the integration of research, clinical practice, and community collaboration.
Through this work, the Hermann Center provides high-quality, collaborative behavioral health services while improving access to comprehensive mental health care. Our multidisciplinary team is committed to prevention, early intervention, and holistic approaches that strengthen caregiver-child relationships, support developmental foundations, and improve long-term outcomes.

Salary Range
$62,000.00 - $96,100.00 / Annually
The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one''s qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
