SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Program Coordinator in conjunction with the respective Clinical Program Manager is responsible for Quality, Regulatory Compliance, Patient Satisfaction, Team Building, Leadership Development, and Financial Accountability. This includes promoting the delivery of evidence-based patient and family-centered care, monitoring patient outcomes against established standards, evaluating and improving clinical performance and financial indicators, creating and maintaining a work environment that fosters quality care, patient satisfaction, interdisciplinary collaboration, team building, and excellence in customer service.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Two years of experience in the respective clinical modality required. License or certification applicable to specific program, clinical modality (RVT, RTR, RN, RT, RCIS, RDMS, CVT, etc.) required
PREferred QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree in Allied Health Care, Nursing, Health Sciences, Health Care Administration preferred or equivalent knowledge. One to two years of leadership experience preferred with emphasis on coordination of services, staff development, supervision, and financial accountability.
