Cottonwood Springs is a behavioral health hospital located in Olathe, KS, part of the greater Kansas City metropolitan area. We provide inpatient and outpatient programming for those facing mental health and addiction challenges. Our programs offer caring, compassionate treatment for adults (18+) and include inpatient mental health and addiction treatment and detox, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). Our BH is a very fast-paced yet fun environment with endless opportunities to learn and grow!
What we're looking for: We are looking for a dynamic Clinical Program Manager who has a degree in Master''s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or equivalent and who is passionate about helping others and is a team player! This position is responsible for supporting the needs of the department with a focus on clinical, operational, and administrative excellence.
Reports to: Director of Outpatient Services or Director of Clinical Services
What will you do in this role:
Provides oversight to all staff and provides feedback through the performance evaluation process and if necessary, through counseling and/or corrective action.
Overseas and completes chart audits.
Maintain a positive working relationship with referral sources, community agencies and organizations.
Qualifications
Education: Master''s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or equivalent required.
Certification: CPR and De-escalation certification required or obtain within 30 days of hire.
License: Current clinical or social work license as required by state regulations.
