Paradigm is seeking a full-time, fully remote, benefitted Clinical Preceptor. The Clinical Preceptor holds accountability for supporting Network Manager (NWM) and Business Contact (BC) role development and integration into the Paradigm culture and clinical practice environment. The Clinical Preceptor functions as a clinical practice subject matter expert and mentor in guiding and directing the clinical practice activities of new team members.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Precept and mentor Network Managers and Business Contacts using Paradigm standards and clinical guidelines
Oversee work quality across calls, documentation, productivity, and time management
Lead catastrophic cases to ensure quality, compliance, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
Deliver targeted clinical training, including virtual, in-person, and shadowing experiences
Assess performance, provide feedback, and partner with leadership on development actions
Serve as a clinical resource, guiding best practices, tools, and policies
Collaborate across teams to support clinical and business priorities
Support continuing education development and ongoing training initiatives
Engage in initiatives to advance Paradigm systems and practice expertise
May manage a limited caseload of NWM patients, as needed.
