The Learning Facilitation Professional 1 conducts or facilitates training courses for organization employees or external audiences. The Learning Facilitation Professional 1 work assignments are often straightforward and of moderate complexity.

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to serve as a Clinical Preceptor. In this role, you will provide guidance, mentorship, and clinical instruction to our medical assistant and/or new staff in a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on training and support to learners in accordance with clinical standards and organizational policies.
  • Demonstrate and teach clinical procedures, patient care techniques, and documentation requirements.
  • Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Serve as a role model for professional practice and uphold regulatory and safety standards

Required Qualifications

  • Current, active LPN or LVN license.
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience preferred.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to professional development and education.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using a wide variety of training tools to effectively facilitate to a wide audience.
  • Experience managing projects or processes

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$48,900 - $66,200 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
