Job Summary:

Provides consultation and leadership in designated areas of expertise independently. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders to address issues and achieve project objectives. Coordinates advanced knowledge and best practices with peers and staff, serving as a role model to support a culture continuous learning. Guides regulatory compliance by using advanced knowledge of state, federal, and agency requirements to support and conduct complex audits, investigations, and chart reviews to identify compliance issues and implement plans. Implements and develops policies, procedures, protocols, and educational programs to maintain compliance and address deficiencies.
