We’re looking for a Clinical Practice Manager (CPM) to join our growing Arizona practice.
Position Summary
The Clinical Practice Manager (CPM) is responsible for executing clinical and operational initiatives within assigned facilities and supporting the performance of providers at the market level. This role partners closely with the Regional Clinical Practice Director (RCPD) to implement regional strategy, ensure consistency in care delivery, and support provider engagement, performance, and compliance.

This role serves as a hands-on, field-based leader focused on day-to-day operations, provider support, and facility relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Provider Support & Development
Provide direct day-to-day support to clinical providers, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and therapists
Lead and strengthen provider onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training, with emphasis on:
Facility relationship management
Communication expectations (e.g., check-in/check-out protocols)
Effective collaboration with facility staff
Conduct regular provider check-ins to review productivity, documentation, scheduling concerns, and development needs (in alignment with RCPD guidance)
Identify performance concerns early and partner with RCPD on coaching, corrective action, or escalation
Care Coordination & Facility Partnership
Partner closely with Care Coordination to ensure alignment across provider, facility, and operational workflows
Proactively identify and address communication or workflow gaps to prevent escalations
Work with Care Coordination in maintaining strong facility relationships while stepping in at higher-level concerns as needed
Partner with facility leadership to support service consistency, responsiveness, and overall satisfaction
Operational Execution & Oversight
Ensure consistent execution of operational processes, documentation standards, and care delivery models
Maintain key operational tools (e.g., SNF rounding board) and ensure accuracy of market-level tracking systems
Reinforce expectations related to scheduling workflows, care coordination, and service delivery
Execute regional initiatives, workflow updates, and program implementations across assigned facilities
Scheduling, Communication & Workflow Coordination
Lead and facilitate communication across teams related to scheduling, credentialing, and urgent requests
Act as a central coordinator for GDRs, including scheduling, distribution of information/links, and attendance accountability
Collaborate with scheduling, credentialing, and other internal teams to ensure continuity and minimize disruptions in care
Market Operations & Issue Resolution
Address day-to-day operational issues, provider concerns, and workflow barriers in collaboration with internal teams
Support administrative tasks (e.g., Paycom follow-ups, provider-related issues, training coordination)
Provide consistent on-site and remote support to ensure smooth daily operations across the market
Market Insight & Growth Support
Identify emerging market needs, risks, and opportunities in real time
Support new facility onboarding, service expansions, and pilot initiatives
Provide ongoing market feedback and insights to the RCPD to inform strategy and operational improvements
Compliance & Quality Support
Reinforce adherence to documentation standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies
Identify potential compliance or quality concerns and escalate appropriately
Partner with clinical leadership on audits, reviews, and corrective action efforts as needed
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (required).
Minimum 3 years of experience in behavioral health, healthcare operations, or post-acute care.
Experience supporting clinical providers in a
multi-facility environment preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day
operations, provider support, and facility relationships.
Requirements:

facilities and states.
Reliable transportation required for local and
regional travel.
