Oversee the coordination of clinical placements for nursing students and clinical faculty across multiple healthcare facilities
Compile and maintain all required documentation related to clinical site affiliation agreements, renewals, and onboarding requirements
Track and manage departmental compliance requirements for students and faculty, ensuring timely submission and verification of required records
Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact lists for clinical sites
Prepare, organize, and submit materials needed for reports, audits, and clinical placement requests to affiliated healthcare facilities
Ensure that clinical faculty are properly oriented and trained on the department's compliance and documentation platforms
Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Operations and other departmental leadership to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement of clinical placement processes
Perform other related duties as assigned to support the goals and mission of the School of Nursing
Required Skills & Experience:
Ability to work collaboratively and independently with peers, faculty, and supervisors in the School and University is essential
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
