General Description Of Position:
The Administrative Assistant to the Clinical Team provides administrative support to the 13-month clinical phase of the Physician Associate Studies program. This position exists to support students, faculty, and the Assistant Director of Clinical Education in the efficient operation of the clinical phase, including clinical site management, data management, technology oversight, and student/preceptor coordination.

Technology & Systems Oversight Manage and maintain third-party platforms including:
Ensure accurate documentation between platforms (e.g., Typhon or CORE to Box).
Simulation, BLS training & Evaluation Events
Recruitment & Outreach Support
Secondary Functions:
Other duties as assigned
Job Scope:
Performs duties with moderate supervision, operating from established directions, guidelines, and instructions set by the Program Director. Decisions are made within prescribed operating guidelines, policies, and procedures. The position requires independent judgment in coordinating communications with students, clinical sites, and preceptors. Errors in judgment or execution could affect student progress, accreditation data integrity, or program relationships with clinical partners. The position has access to confidential student and preceptor information and is expected to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Supervisor Responsibility:
This position has no formal supervisory responsibility. May occasionally provide guidance or direction to student workers as needed.

Working Conditions:
Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Position may require occasional Saturday work (up to three Saturdays per fall for admissions events). Standard 40-hour work week. Work outside of typical business hours may be required during peak periods such as OSCE events, simulation days, and admissions activities.
