Your Impact
You'll serve as both a clinical leader and operational driver, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily pharmacy operations, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency
- Supervise, mentor, and develop pharmacists and pharmacy staff
- Champion medication safety and quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
- Optimize workflows, staffing, and pharmacy systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
- Support implementation of new technologies and best practices
What You Bring
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- Active Texas Pharmacist License (or eligible upon hire)
- Minimum 2+ years of pharmacy practice experience
Preferred:
- PharmD
- 1–3+ years of leadership experience (Supervisor, Manager, or Lead)
- Experience in hospital or pediatric pharmacy settings
- Strong background in staff development and operational oversight
Work Environment
- Onsite, hands-on leadership role
