Responsibilities:Participates as a member of the Department of Pharmacy to execute the clinical functions of the Department, with minimal distributive responsibility. Provides expertise to Mercy Health Services to enhance the appropriate, cost effective use of medications, and provides consultative services related to specialty areas of expertise. Is a resource in supporting the clinical skills of other pharmacists in the Department to assure the highest quality pharmaceutical care for Mercy patients.
As a pharmacist, demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possesses the ability to access data reflective of the patient's status. He/she must demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to interpret appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to age specific needs and provides care as described in the Department's Policies and Procedures.

Min: USD $52.69/Hr. Max: USD $94.84/Hr. Salary Information: Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices.
