Job Summary
Mass General Brigham is seeking candidates for Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator for Medication Use System for Smart Pump Library leadership to coordinate a cross-functional team of pharmacists, nurses, and clinicians. The MGB Clinical Coordinator will lead and support the continued advancement of smart pump library platforms across MGB. This team leader will help advance the mission of the program while serving as a liaison between the system-pharmacy team and medical, nursing, and biomedical engineering leaders. This role will provide pharmacy leadership and medication expertise in the oversight and optimization of smart pump drug libraries across multiple platforms, ensuring safe, standardized medication use and advancing continuous quality improvement in infusion practices. This position involves advanced clinical knowledge, leadership, collaboration with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications to optimize patient outcomes.
