Title: Clinical Pharmacist
Location: Newark, NJ (70% Remote and 30% Onsite if required)
Duration: 5 Months
Shift: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM

Pay: $46/Hour W2

Summary:

This role supports pharmacy quality initiatives, managing and executing programs (adherence, SUPD, MTM/CMR) to drive 5-star performance. You’ll work closely with pharmacy teams, health systems, and stakeholders to improve clinical outcomes and reduce costs.


Requirements:

  • NJ State Pharmacist license is required.
  • PharmD or bachelor’s in pharmacy.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience (health plans, Medicare, retail, or clinical programs).
  • Knowledge of Star/HEDIS measures.
