What You’ll Do:
  • Prepare and dispense medications accurately per physician requests and protocols
  • Interpret and verify drug orders within electronic medical records
  • Counsel patients and provide drug information with compassion and efficiency
  • Monitor and manage patient drug therapy, including antimicrobial stewardship and anticoagulation management
  • Supervise pharmacy support staff and technicians
  • Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and clinical interventions
  • Ensure compliance with legal and institutional pharmacy standards
  • Contribute to quality improvement activities and medication safety initiatives
  • Assist with pediatric pharmacotherapy as needed (if applicable)

What You Need:
  • Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy degree
  • Valid pharmacy license in the state of practice
  • Experience in hospital/clinical pharmacy setting
  • BLS/ACLS certification; PALS for pediatric care (preferred but required)
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work efficiently in a team
