About the Role:
We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to join our fun, supportive team at our Aurora clinic. If you love working with kids and want to grow in a warm, collaborative environment, this could be the perfect place for you.
Position Details:
Location: In-person, Aurora clinic
Schedule: Full-time
Workdays: Monday–Friday
Optional Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
4–10s schedule available for full-time team members
Session Requirements
Monday–Thursday: Availability for 10 × 30-minute sessions per day
Friday: Availability for 8 × 30-minute sessions
Clinic Hours
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Flexible scheduling available as long as minimum session requirements are met
Compensation
$60,000 – $104,000 per year plus $10,000 sign on bonus for Full-time
What You’ll Do
Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0–21) in outpatient and virtual settings
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, family-centered care
Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently and on time
Requirements
Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) Degree
Active Colorado (DORA) Physical Therapy license
A genuine passion for working with children of all ages, diagnoses, and abilities
A team-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional care
Experience working with pediatric patients (clinical rotations or professional experience)
Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with EMR systems
Excellent communication skills with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Current CPR/BLS certification
Ability to lift, transfer, and position pediatric patients safely
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 1–2 years of pediatric physical therapy experience
Experience in one or more settings: outpatient pediatrics, home health, early intervention, or school-based therapy
Knowledge of pediatric development, motor milestones, and age-appropriate interventions
Ability to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric populations
