The Office Supervisor, in collaboration with the Office Manager (OM), provides oversight and guidance to staff who provide patient care while maintaining a customer-focused, caring, and professional attitude. Office Supervisor collaborates with the OM on a daily basis to monitor and adjust staffing levels, equipment/supply availability, workflow, and other operational factors to optimize customer experience and operational efficiency. Office Supervisor assists the manager with HR related matters such as employee evaluations, timekeeping, and corrective actions. Office Supervisor assists with daily staff scheduling to ensure time management and reduction in meal and rest break penalties, overtime, and non-productive hours. Office Supervisor assists the Office Manager with accomplishing goals by organizing and planning efforts around organizational metrics. Office Supervisor should be comfortable covering managerial responsibilities when the Office Manager is unavailable. Supervisors assists the Office Managers with development of staff to include mentoring, training, and performance improvement activities. Office Supervisors should possess interpersonal presence, organizational skills and good written/presentation skills. Supervisor acts with integrity at all times and foster a trusting work environment where there is a culture of professionalism, confidentiality, and fairness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $70,304 - $73,000 for MAs and $75,000- $78,000 for LVNs annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.

Education and/or Experience:
Supervisor I: 0-3 years' experience in a primary care medical office or specialty office setting with supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Supervisor II: 3+ years' experience in a supervisory role required. Additional responsibilities for leveling will include size and number of sites overseen, employees to manage, and complexity of medical specialties and clinical services, and quality goals.
