Job Overview The Clinical Nutrition Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day oversight of Clinical Dieticians by leading team members in providing direct patient care; ensuring compliance with quality and safety initiatives and practices; and partnering with a multidisciplinary team in meeting the clinical needs of patients and families. This is a working supervisor that also provides direct patient care a portion of their time. The Supervisor also serves as the primary clinical liaison with families and referring providers, facilitating exemplary customer service/responsiveness, assisting with complex clinical triage/new referral scheduling and other customer service needs. Additional Information Department Name: CSH Clinical Nutrition Job Status: 40 hours/week Shift: Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM. Variable hours may be required to support operational needs, including occasional early, late, weekend, or holiday coverage. Our Clinical Nutrition Supervisor oversees the dietitian assistants, formula/human milk technicians, and formula & human milk lab.
