Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), Clinical Nursing, Nursing, Registered Nurse (RN), Training/Teaching
Instructors are responsible for leveraging their expertise to deliver education services to students through:
- Planning and organizing instructional methods and resources
- Programmatic accreditation (if applicable)
- Facilitating student engagement in the classroom/learning environment
- Working one-on-one with students
- Assessing students and providing developmental feedback
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:
- Hold a minimum of a Master''s degree in Nursing. Doctorate Degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Current unrestricted State of Florida RN License or APRN license
- Full time nursing practice, minimum 2 years
- Full time teaching experience, minimum 2 years preferred
- Experience with learning outcomes assessments preferred
- This is a part time position that requires schedule flexibility: Must be fully available to teach both day and evening classes based on campus needs
