Greenfield Health System under Henry Ford Health is leading the way in dialysis therapy. We host the renal care annual symposium. This provides attendees with information on current and emerging health care issues, the latest thinking, innovative solutions to new and recurring issues and the opportunity to network with many other health care experts in the field of dialysis.

Manages and evaluates the activities of the dialysis programs. Ensures comprehensive, quality care for the patient on dialysis. Responsible for organizing and implementing educational programs and providing development opportunities for staff. Participates in the administration of unit policies and procedures as well as ensuring that all Federal End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) requirements are met. Represents the organizations in a professional manner.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Associate's Degree in Nursing Required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan required. A minimum of 12 months of experience in nursing care and an additional 6 months experience in providing care to patients on maintenance dialysis required. Previous leadership/supervisory experience preferred, preferably in dialysis.
