Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Nurse II to join our healthcare team in Towson, United States. As a Clinical Nurse II, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our medical staff in delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor and record patient vital signs and symptoms Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic health record systems Assist with medical procedures and operate medical equipment as needed Respond promptly to patient calls and emergencies Mentor and support junior nursing staff Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice • Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in electronic health record systems • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move patients as needed
