    • JOB SUMMARY
      • The Clinical Nurse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the clinical operations of the Wound Clinic. This role provides clinical leadership and direct patient care while utilizing effective organizational, leadership, planning, implementation, and evaluation skills. The Clinical Nurse Coordinator ensures delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with hospital, nursing, and regulatory standards.
    • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
      • Professional & Technical Skills
        • One to two years of wound care and hyperbaric medicine experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred; one to two years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other applicable electronic health record systems, platforms, and web-based programs.
      • Education
        • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
      • License(s) or Certification(s)
        • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
      • Other Skills or Requirements
        • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, research articles, technical procedures, and regulatory requirements. Ability to write reports, develop presentations, and create procedural or educational materials. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leadership, providers, staff, and patients. Ability to work with concepts such as probability, statistical data, and basic geometry. Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to clinical, operational, and financial situations.
