Responsibilities The clinical manager assumes 24 hour accountability and responsibility for the operation of the TCU. He/she combines clinical expertise with the application of leadership and nursing management principles to deliver high quality, cost-effective patient care and ensure satisfaction to both internal and external customers. He/she ensures the unit remains in compliance with all federal and state regulations for comprehensive care facilities.

Requirements

• BSN or Higher preferred
• Must possess a high school diploma or GED
• Must possess a degree in Nursing
• At least one year of sub acute or long term care experience and 2 years of management experience or demonstrated ability in effective communication, problem-solving, performance motivation and leadership.
• Licensed RN in Maryland
• Maintain current CPR/BLS
