Clinical Manager Opportunity Description
 
Our client is a Medicare Home Health organization. They have a current opening for a Clinical Manager for their Home Health location in the Tampa, FL area. A Registered Nurse is required. Medicare Home Health management experience is a must. This person will lead an interdisciplinary clinical team. 

Clinical Manager Job Requirements 

• Medicare Home Health leadership experience.
• A Registered Nurse is required. Start-up experience a plus
• Excellent understanding of state/federal Home Health regulations, OASIS, and PDGM.
• Ability to do supervisory visits needed.

Clinical ManagerJob Responsibilities 

• Manage the day-to-day clinical operations and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations. 
• Hire, train, mentor staff.
• Improve clinical processes.
