- Managing and coordinating care plans for pediatric patients with trachs and/or ventilator support
- Developing individualized care plans that actually work
- Educating patients and caregivers on trach/vent care and resources
- Communicating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Identifying risks, preventing complications, and supporting safe outcomes
You're a Great Fit If You:
- Are a licensed RN
- Have hands‑on tracheostomy and/or ventilator experience
- Are confident managing complex, high‑acuity patients
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families
