The Opportunity
This is a newly created role providing coverage to our residential aged care facilities in Holbrook and Henty (Myoora Homestead). With the option of being primarily located at either facility, as the Clinical Manager/Educator, you will provide advanced clinical leadership and expertise to ensure the highest standards of care for our residents. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Residential Aged Care and working in collaboration with Facility Managers, this pivotal role combines clinical governance oversight with staff education and development, driving continuous improvement and compliance with best practice standards. You play a pivotal role in staff clinical education and oversight and will be responsible for implementing annual education plans, evaluating training effectiveness and supporting strategic objectives.
This role requires regular travel between Holbrook and Henty (Myoora Homestead) to support both facilities.
