Our client is a growing, independent nonprofit medical practice dedicated to providing comprehensive diagnostic and clinical expertise for individuals experiencing cognitive and movement disorders. The practice delivers highly personalized care with a strong emphasis on education, support, and empowerment—serving both patients and those who care for them.

Position Summary
The Clinical Manager is a key operational and clinical leader responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical functions and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This individual will lead a team of Registered Nurses and clinical support staff, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement across the practice.
This role requires a collaborative, solutions-oriented leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is deeply committed to advancing care for individuals and families impacted by memory and movement disorders.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Operations & Team Leadership
  • Provide direct supervision and leadership to RNs and clinical administrative staff
  • Manage staffing schedules and adjust resources to maintain efficient patient flow
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and mission-driven team culture
Performance & Process Improvement
  • Monitor, analyze, and ensure adherence to clinical and operational performance metrics
  • Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and implement process improvements
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery and patient experience
Training & Staff Development
  • Oversee onboarding and training of new clinical staff
  • Provide ongoing education, coaching, and professional development for team members
  • Ensure staff competency in clinical protocols, systems, and patient engagement standards
Clinical Systems & Provider Support
  • Serve as the clinical lead for Athenahealth (EMR), including optimization and troubleshooting
  • Partner with providers to support clinical workflows, documentation, and system utilization
  • Lead implementation of new systems, tools, and clinical processes
Program Oversight
  • Conduct ongoing evaluation of clinical programs and operations
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to improve efficiency, quality, and access to care
  • Support innovation in care delivery for patients with cognitive and movement disorders
Location & Schedule
  • Full-time, on-site position
  • Located near the Eastover area of Charlotte, North Carolina

Qualifications
Required:
  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of 3+ years of clinical leadership or supervisory experience managing nursing staff
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and alignment with mission-driven work

Base Salary $95,000-$100,000. Final determination of salary will be based on an evaluation of experience, education, budget, etc.
