Position Summary
The Clinical Manager is a key operational and clinical leader responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical functions and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This individual will lead a team of Registered Nurses and clinical support staff, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement across the practice.
This role requires a collaborative, solutions-oriented leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is deeply committed to advancing care for individuals and families impacted by memory and movement disorders.
Key Responsibilities Clinical Operations & Team Leadership
Provide direct supervision and leadership to RNs and clinical administrative staff
Manage staffing schedules and adjust resources to maintain efficient patient flow
Foster a positive, accountable, and mission-driven team culture
Performance & Process Improvement
Monitor, analyze, and ensure adherence to clinical and operational performance metrics
Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and implement process improvements
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery and patient experience
Training & Staff Development
Oversee onboarding and training of new clinical staff
Provide ongoing education, coaching, and professional development for team members
Ensure staff competency in clinical protocols, systems, and patient engagement standards
Clinical Systems & Provider Support
Serve as the clinical lead for Athenahealth (EMR), including optimization and troubleshooting
Partner with providers to support clinical workflows, documentation, and system utilization
Lead implementation of new systems, tools, and clinical processes
Program Oversight
Conduct ongoing evaluation of clinical programs and operations
Recommend and implement enhancements to improve efficiency, quality, and access to care
Support innovation in care delivery for patients with cognitive and movement disorders
