As a Clinical Manager, you'll lead a talented clinical team delivering high-quality ABA therapy across clinic, home, and community settings. You'll be the heartbeat of your region — supporting BCBAs, RBTs, and other staff while ensuring every child on your caseload receives exceptional, individualized care. You'll partner closely with your Regional VP and local operations team to build a thriving, culture-driven practice.

What You'll Do
Lead & Develop Your Team
- Supervise BCBAs, RBTs, BTs, Apprentices, and more
- Hold weekly 1:1s with BCBAs to support ongoing growth, share resources, and give meaningful feedback
- Run monthly All-Staff meetings and foster open, transparent communication across the team
- Champion a positive workplace culture — one rooted in Cultivate's mission and values
- Mentor staff, resolve conflicts thoughtfully, and advocate for the resources your team needs
Oversee Clinical Quality
- Review treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) before submission to insurances
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations (at least every 6 months)
- Ensure all clinical documentation — supervision hours, billable notes, and authorizations — is accurate and submitted on time
- Develop targeted training to address skill gaps and continuously elevate clinical standards
Manage Operations
- Set and review caseload assignments for BCBAs and RBTs
- Collaborate with Intake and Outreach Coordinators to meet regional intake goals and onboard new clients smoothly
- Keep the clinic clean, stocked, and within budget — and ensure in-home/community providers have what they need
- Monitor authorized hours and work with BCBAs to maximize service fulfillment
Build Family & Community Relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for families at the start of services
- Seek regular feedback from families and staff to continuously improve satisfaction
- Represent the organization at public speaking and community networking events

- Salary Range: $88,000 to $100,000

Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of progressive experience including supervision and case management.
- At least 3 years working in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Master’s degree in ABA or a related field.
- BCBA certification and state licensure preferred.
- Passionate about behavioral science and disseminating best practices and current research within the field of ABA.
- Commitment to professional growth and ongoing learning.
- Reliable transportation.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Highly organized with strong time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- A strategic thinker who can balance clinical quality with fiscal responsibility.
- Comfortable presenting to both internal teams and external audiences.
- Collaborative and adaptable across diverse teams and settings.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week), including some flexibility regarding schedule changes required to accommodate patient and staff needs.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with ABA data collection tools.
- Ability to successfully complete and pass a Background and Drug Screen.
