Salary - $80,000-$88,000 commensurate upon experience

JOB SUMMARY
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Outpatient clinics, hiring and supervising staff, as well as providing leadership in department meetings and activities. The Clinical Manager may have a small caseload depending on number of staff supervised and department needs. Managers may also conduct assessments, and triage for emergent or walk-in clients. The Clinical Manager contributes to agency organizational life by participating in agency wide task forces, committees, or problem-solving teams, as requested and agency visibility and development of community linkages by representing the Village in community groups or committees.
Program Summary
The Clinical Manager maintains a partial caseload and productivity targets dependent on the number of staff members supervised and provides diagnostic and psychotherapeutic services to adults using evidence-based practices, including to individuals, groups, and families. The manager conducts Assessment, triages for emergent clients or walk ins to Adult Services, Treatment Planning, Discharge Planning, Case Management, and engagement of clients and is responsible for maintaining associated client records.
