Clinical Lead Nurse Practitioner Unity Health Care Location: East of the River - Washington, DC Position Type: Part-time

Position Summary Under the supervision of the PGNPRP Director, the Clinical Coordinator supports the development and management of resident clinical rotations, coordinates clinical quality activities, and serves as a liaison between residents, preceptors, and leadership to ensure a high-quality training experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and expand clinical rotations and partnerships
  • Support resident scheduling, onboarding, and evaluations
  • Monitor clinical quality, outcomes, and accreditation compliance
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows and patient experience
  • Serve as liaison between residents, preceptors, and program leadership
  • Support program operations, including scheduling and documentation compliance

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current, active DC NP license, including CDS and DEA (DC registered)
  • Board certification in area of specialty
  • 1-3 years of experience in an ambulatory care setting (homeless care experience a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a residency or clinical training program
  • Experience coordinating clinical rotations or education
  • Familiarity with accreditation standards
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
