Job Summary The Lead Clinical Laboratory Scientist is a Licensed Medical Technologist whose primary responsibilities are to train others, perform laboratory testing on patients samples, review QC and perform troubleshooting as needed. In this capacity, the Lead CLS performs the pre-analytical, analytical and post analytical and is responsible for quality control, equipment maintenance and all reporting and documentation. Pay Range Minimum $55.58 Midpoint $73.63 Maximum $91.70 Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements. Experience Required: Minimum five years (5) years of experience as a Medical Technologist, or Licensed Clinical Scientist - Generalist, with one (1) year lead/leadership experience. Preferred: Over three (3) years of lead/leadership experience. Education Required: Bachelor degree in Biological Science. Training Required: None required. Specialized Skills Required: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Proficient computer skills. Licensure Required: Clinical Lab Scientist-CA(CLS).
