What You’ll Do
  • Perform clinical laboratory testing in core lab and blood bank departments
  • Follow standardized procedures to ensure accurate and timely results
  • Maintain quality control and quality assurance activities
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care
  • Comply with all hospital policies and safety standards
  • Utilize Epic LIS for specimen processing and data entry
  • Support trauma level II laboratory services as needed

What You Need
  • Valid Louisiana Medical Laboratory Technician license
  • ASCP certification required
  • Minimum of 2 years hospital clinical laboratory experience
  • Strong technical skills in laboratory testing and analysis
  • Ability to work night shifts and weekends
  • Excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills
