Position Summary:
The Clinical Educator provides leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical education and training programs across PanCare of Florida, Inc., a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). This role ensures that all clinical staff are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
The Clinical Educator collaborates with executive leadership, clinical operations, and quality teams to support workforce development, promote evidence-based practice, and advance PanCare's mission to provide a comprehensive system of accessible, community-based healthcare services delivered with dignity and respect.
