Summary:

The Clinical Education /Simulation Training Specialist, Cardiovascular, has a thorough knowledge of clinical practice, principles of Adult Education, policies and procedures and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include frequent interactions with management and staff. Autonomy and leadership functions are inherent to this position. The Clinical Education/Simulation Training Specialist, Cardiovascular provides strategically aligned education/training to achieve outcomes consistent with Broward Health orientation, training, competence and performance goals.

Education:

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Required, MSN preferred from an Accredited School of Nursing.

• Three Years of acute care - clinical experience

Credentials:

Essential:

• Registered Nurse-LICENSE
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• Basic Life Support
