The Clinical Education Manager (CEM) provides leadership, oversight, and operational management of the organization’s clinical education and workforce competency program. The CEM functions as a clinical education leader and subject matter expert, supporting workforce development across all clinical disciplines including nursing, medical assistants, laboratory staff, and providers. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating a comprehensive clinical education framework that ensures all clinical personnel maintain the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. The role reports to the System Director of Clinical Quality (SDCQ), and collaborates closely with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Nursing Leadership, and Operations leadership to align education initiatives with regulatory requirements, quality improvement priorities, and strategic organizational goals.

Compensation
Based on the position’s duties and requirements, this role has a starting annual salary of $95,000. The initial salary will be determined by the selected candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
