Description:
• This position involves overseeing clinical operations at a healthcare facility in Ronkonkoma, NY.
• The role requires full-time commitment during standard weekday hours.
• Candidates should have a strong background in managing clinical staff and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
• Independent license issued by NYS - like LMSW/LMHC
• Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) in good standing, 
• Minimum five years of experience in substance use disorder treatment
• Minimum two years of experience in a supervisory role
• Familiarity with OASAS regulations
• Experience with housing and Department of Social Services regulations

• Strong ethical practices and judgment
• Proven relationship management and emotional intelligence
• Experience in critical evaluation and problem-solving
